Information for New & Existing Dental Patients
We want you to feel right at home from the moment you step through our doors here at Oceanside Family Dental, so below, you’ll find plenty of information that will ensure you’re completely prepared for your first visit. Dr. Ravi and our entire team can’t wait to give you and your loved ones every reason to smile, and if you have any questions after looking over this page, be sure to give us a call.
Your First Dental Visit
You can expect your first appointment to take about one hour and 20 minutes. This may be a bit longer than you’re used to, but this allows our team enough time to fully understand your dental health and come up with a treatment plan that is fully tailored to your situation. After having some X-rays and photos taken of your mouth, Dr. Ravi will perform a thorough exam. If time allows, you’ll then be seen by a hygienist for a cleaning, and then Dr. Ravi will go over your ongoing care plan before you leave.
New Patient Forms
If you’d like to save yourself some time in our waiting room, then please take a moment to fill out our patient forms ahead of your visit. You can download them below by clicking the link. Once you have completed them, be sure to bring them to our office on the day of your appointment. We’ll get you checked in nice and fast so you can see Dr. Ravi without delay.
