Susan, Office Manager
Susan has been an integral part of the Oceanside Family Dental team for nearly two full decades! She is certified in HIPAA and infection control. Her favorite part of this job is being able to help each patient receive the high-quality care they need.
Originally from Olean, Susan has three children and one grandchild. Whenever she has free time outside of the dental office, you can usually find her hanging out with her family and friends, reading a good book, and doing various outdoor activities.
Nikki, Dental Assistant
After more than 20 years as a dental assistant, Nikki has worked with all kinds of patients and loves connecting and building trust with each one. She brings empathy, focus, and intention to our office every day, and these qualities are reflected in how she effectively helps patients feel safe and well cared for. She gained her degree from the Northeastern Essex Community College in 2004 and has other certifications that enhance the services she can provide.
Deeply interested in mind-body wellness, Nikki spends her free time doing activities that fill her with positive energy. For instance, she enjoys singing, dancing, doing artsy things like drawing and painting, surfing, snowboarding, and, most of all, spending time with her teenage daughter.
Kian, Front Desk Coordinator
With a background in dentistry and a passion for organization, Kian brings a unique perspective to her position. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Centro Escolar University in 2018 and later became a Certified Dental Virtual Assistant in 2025. Drawing from her clinical education and real-world experience, she expertly manages billing workflows, verifies benefits, and helps streamline financial processes so patients and the practice stay on track. She takes pride in blending precision with efficiency, knowing her behind-the-scenes support plays a meaningful role in overall patient care.
Hailing from Cavite, Philippines, Kian enjoys an active and balanced lifestyle outside of work. She spends her downtime at the gym, playing online games, watching movies, or getting lost in a good book. Naturally curious, she is always eager to explore new places, sample different cuisines, and learn new skills wherever she can!
Roger, Dental Hygienist
Roger is one of our talented team members, known for his warm energy, gentle touch, and passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Originally from Brazil and now proudly calling New Hampshire home, he brings an international perspective and is trilingual, speaking English, Portuguese, and Spanish!
Outside the office, Roger loves music, performing arts, and spending time with his husband and their cat. He’s all about making every patient’s visit a positive, welcoming experience.
